Program Overview The Leadership Certification Program is a certification available to students at the University of Minnesota interested in enhancing their leadership knowledge, application, and skills through a series of workshops tailored to their own interests offered over the course of the academic year. The program has no requirements in regards to length of participation and students can start the certificate program at any time during the year. This is an ideal opportunity for students to learn about leadership while allowing for the flexibility to accommodate their busy lives and schedules. |

Social Justice Retreat If you attend a Social Justice Retreat, you can earn 3 LCP workshop credits! If you have attended a SJR, email leader@umn.edu to receive your credits. Keeping Track of Your Workshops As a reminder, you are responsible for keeping track of what workshops you have attended.
