LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION Program Overview The Leadership Certification Program is a certification available to students at the University of Minnesota interested in enhancing their leadership knowledge, application, and skills through a series of workshops tailored to their own interests offered over the course of the academic year. The program has no requirements in regards to length of participation and students can start the certificate program at any time during the year. This is an ideal opportunity for students to learn about leadership while allowing for the flexibility to accommodate their busy lives and schedules. Leadership Development Opportunity - LeaderQuest Looking for a chance to further develop your leadership abilities? LeaderQuest is a semester long program that brings 25-30 students together that share a passion in developing their leadership potential. LeaderQuest is designed to challenge participants to discover their true potential and critical thinking skills as it relates to their leadership in the University, home, career and community.
